We have exciting news to share – Sproutlogix has a bold new look!

We’re releasing an updated brand identity, which includes a new logo, colors, and font. You’ll see the new look everywhere: our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter; you’ll see it on our platform, DeveLoop, as well.

We believe the new look better matches with what we’ve become since 2016: a company with its core focus on using cutting-edge technology to revolutionize employee growth. Along with years of business experience, our founders have a thirst to design the best solutions to overcoming workforce challenges. We believe in innovation, but not just for the sake of it – we innovate because it helps solve important business challenges.

The Sproutlogix ‘Connector’
At the heart of our rebranding is the handshake or connection between employees and organizations, for an uplifted workforce.

We fondly call our new logo “the Connector”, which sums up its meaning quite well.

In the new identity, you will see important symbolism around collaboration: be it two people helping each other, or humans and technology working together, as a unit. Having said that, it is an open identity, inviting new connections from all directions, further embodying our firm belief in keeping all avenues wide open for new ideas.

The geometry of the logo is clean and is constructed from simple shapes, which makes it bold and memorable. It is dynamic and suggests upward movement.

And for the curious: the earlier version of our identity was inspired by growth and technology, and was quite plainly, a leaf made of pixels, with our initials S and L being hidden smartly within. While growth and technology are still the foundation of what Sproutlogix does, we have channeled our attention to using innovative technology to revolutionize employee growth and development.

I am excited about our new identity and the fresh energy it brings, all the while building on the core beliefs Sproutlogix has nurtured since its inception.

Our colors are Smalt (which is just design-geek for our signature dark blue) and a Light Blue to complement it. Our colors signify depth and freshness at the same time, which perfectly sums up the Sproutlogix approach: bringing revolutionary ideas together with years of business experience, to solve critical problems.

We seek the same things from our typefaces as our logo: boldness, clarity and a modern approach, and we found our perfect match in Futura PT and Acumin Pro.

Starting today, you’ll see these exciting changes out and about, and gradually in the product over the coming months.

We think of our brand as a continuous project that’s never totally done. Just as people and companies evolve, so do brands. We hope to grow ours over many years through our fantastic products, our unique approach, and an incredible community of organizations committed to uplifting their workforce.
